Subdomain Licence Agreement

Please read this before you order. By ordering or using a subdomain you accept these terms.

Not a domain sale. You are granted a licence to use one subdomain. We remain the registrant of the root domain at all times.

1. What you get

A non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the subdomain you selected (for example yourname.tgtonu.top) for the term you paid for, together with the exclusive use of that subdomain's DNS subtree. With the default delivery method we publish two NS records pointing the subtree at nameservers you nominate, so every record type and every hostname below the subdomain is under your control.

2. Term, renewal, fees

Licences run for the term purchased and are renewed on payment. We will make reasonable efforts to give you notice before a term expires. If a term expires without renewal, the delegation may be withdrawn and the name returned to the pool; we do not guarantee that you can re-acquire it.

3. What you must not do

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement. You are responsible for everything published or transmitted under your subdomain, including content uploaded by your own users.

4. Your responsibilities as operator

5. Our rights

We may suspend or terminate a licence immediately, without notice and without refund, where we reasonably believe the subdomain is being used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, is causing harm to our systems or reputation, is the subject of a credible complaint, or where we are required to act by our registrar, a registry, or a competent authority. We may also withdraw a delegation where a court or authority orders it, or where keeping it would put the root domain at risk.

6. Disclosure

We keep a record of who holds each subdomain, including the contact details you supplied and the licence period. We may disclose that information to our registrar, a registry, a complainant, or law enforcement where required by law, where necessary to answer an abuse report, or where necessary to protect the root domain. By ordering, you consent to that disclosure.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, that the root domain will be renewed indefinitely, or that any third-party service will accept your subdomain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be announced on this page and take effect at your next renewal.

9. Governing law
